It offers a style of yoga that integrates body and mind through conscious breathing whilst balancing your muscles around different joints – to mobilise, bring to life and balance the different segments of your body, and improve structural integrity.

You can start from where you are, so no previous yoga experience is required. As you continue to practice, your body will transform and benefit from improved function and alignment without the stress of postures that take your joints into extreme ranges of motion
